  • Part-time, Full-time Mental Health Associate Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed private psychiatric facility located south of Boston.

Pembroke Hospital is eager to welcome talented and dedicated individuals to our team of psychiatric professionals providing Optimum Patient Care through a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services. Full-time and part-time positions available Every other weekend and every other holiday is required. Positions are available on the Evening shift and differentials are paid for hours on evenings, nights, weekends and major holidays. The pay range for this position is $19.00

00 per hour depending on education level and years (0-20 scale) of experience. As a Mental Health Associate, you will: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors Assist with patient groups and activities With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, crisis intervention techniques, and CPR.
