The successful candidate for this position will work at the front desk helping patients get acclimated to the clinic, input authorizations for patients in the online system provided, and also bill for services being provided. The preferred candidate will be someone open minded, willing to learn, and grow with an existing business in a new location. This role requires some cleaning and clearly communicating with others, so a successful candidate can multi-task while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Front desk responsibilities Input patient authorizations Deliver messages and documents to patients during treatment and group therapy sessions. Support patients in group therapy sessions. Learn and follow policies and procedures. Billing Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Will need to pass a criminal background check
