Our team is built on respect, teamwork, and a genuine desire to help others during important moments. Job Overview We are hiring Move Management Assistants to support on-site move projects. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a Project Manager to help clients pack, unpack, organize, and settle into new spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, helping people, and working as part of a supportive team. No two days are the same, and your work makes an immediate, meaningful impact. What You'll Do As a Move Management Assistant, you will: Review client project plans prior to each job Arrive on time and ready to work at the scheduled start time Pack, sort, and label client belongings with care and accuracy Unpack and organize items in the client's new space Assist clients with downsizing and decluttering in a respectful manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow procedures for donations, recycling, and disposal Communicate professionally with clients and team members Protect client privacy and confidentiality at all times Report accidents, damage, or incidents promptly Follow safety and health protocols when required Use company tools to clock in/out and track project progress Support on-site training for new team members as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and people-focused.

DC/MD/VA
