Job Description
The Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 22-bed unit offering psychiatric care for the treatment of major mental illnesses where the average length of stay is 8 days.
Position shift:
3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-730am / 40 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holidays. As a Mental Health Worker you will: Participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors. Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse. Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED. Pursuit of Human Services or Psychiatric related degree preferred. Past direct care or related experience strongly preferred. Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday). All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment. The pay range for this position is $19.06 minimum to $22.95 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
