Competitive; based on experience and credentials Job Description We are hiring a caring and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to support individuals living with mental health challenges. This role is open to MHRTI certified professionals or Social Workers who are passionate about recovery-oriented, community-based support. Responsibilities Provide direct mental health support services Assist clients with daily living skills, coping strategies, and recovery goals Support individualized treatment and service plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and community partners Participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings Qualifications MHRTI certification OR degree in Social Work (license or license-eligible preferred) Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Background check required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if community-based) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and education Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Training and professional development Supportive and mission-driven workplace
