Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) Brightview Care - 3.5 Detroit, MI Job Details $65,000 - $70,000 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Treatment plan development BCaBA Clinical supervision Decision making Full Job Description About the Role As a BCaBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelinesQualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Board Certification (BCaBA) in good standingRequired Skills:
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homesPreferred Skills:
Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., Central Reach) Bilingual abilitiesAbout Brightview Care:
