In Person We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable One-on-One Educational Aide to support an elementary school student throughout the school day. The successful candidate will work closely with the student and classroom staff to promote learning, independence, and a positive school experience. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to an assigned student Assist with classroom activities and daily routines Encourage participation, social skills, and independence Support positive behavior and follow individualized strategies Help the student stay engaged and on task Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred Experience supporting students with diverse learning or behavioural needs is an asset Patient, compassionate, and reliable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing needs ABA Training preferred Working with students who have autism First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
