3rd Shift Crisis Professional Join the LifeWays Crisis Services team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Crisis Services, the Crisis Professional provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to help individuals achieve crisis stabilization, recovery, and greater independence. What Youll Do Provide crisis intervention and support in both community and onsite settingsAssist individuals with accessing community resources and servicesSupport inpatient placement coordination and follow-up careObserve and communicate behavioral or mental health changes to clinical staffProvide crisis transportation and assist with support groups as neededHelp maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environmentComplete administrative and team support tasks as assigned
