Total Spectrum is looking for a bachelor's-level ABA professional to join us in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and are committed to delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. What You Have:

Bachelor's degree required Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements) Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment Commitment to our five values: clinical curiosity, integrity, parent partnership, client-focus, and clinical competency

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-needed Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable activities Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor Total Spectrum/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
