Administrative Assistant for Mental Health and SUD Outpatient IN OFFICE ONLY

We are fully electronic on all documentation and fully use an electronic health record so data entry, computer proficiency and comfortablity with using a computer is a must. This position can be full-time for the right individual, and we are looking for a team member for afternoon into evening coverage . Coverage schedules are based on our office hours.

NO WEEKEND

coverage is required , and we also close on Fridays by 530pm. Schedules are consistent/regular so you can plan your personal life accordingly. (Example schedules: Monday-Friday 830am-430pm , Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Monday-Thursday 1pm-9pm & Fridays 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm) We offer a competitive wage, paid time off, insurance and a retirement plan for full-time.
