EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL QUALIFIED PERSONS DUTIES
  • The program aims to improve the functioning of children in the home, in school, and in the community.
  • The provider will assist families in accessing necessary services to meet mental health needs of children ages 0-18.
  • Collaborate with clinical team to create, review, and implement treatment plan goals and objectives.
  • Provide individual, group, and family skills training based on the treatment plan in the home, school, and community.
  • Requires flexible scheduling and some evening work.
  • Great opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and child psychiatry.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 2,000 hours of mental health experience. o OR high school diploma and 6,000 hours of mental health experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Ability to submit and pass a DMV/Criminal background check.
  • Strong interpersonal and cultural competency skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICAITIONS
  • Knowledge of community resources and area providers.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to be self-directed and motivated.
  • Knowledge of employment-related skills and crisis intervention skills.
  • Experience working with adults who have been homeless or at risk for homelessness, have chemical use/abuse issues, and have been involved with the legal system.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
