AHL HealthCare Group is seeking both part-time and full-time Behavioral Health Practitioners (BHPR), also known as Mental Health Practitioners, to join our team at our IRTS facility. This program is close to the UMD campus so this would be a great opportunity for students, or anyone looking for employment in this area of Duluth. BHPR's work to support our residents in various ways.

Hours of Available Positions:
Full-Time Roles Awake Overnight shift (12am-8am) 40 hours per week Every other weekend availability required Part-Time Roles Day shift (8am-4pm) Evening shift (4pm-12am) Every other weekend availability requiredCompensation:
$21.00-25.00/hour depending on experience and educationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementing and following the person-centered, positive practice behavior support plan / ITP for individuals to maintain or improve areas of independent living such as symptom management, budgeting, maintaining services, meal prep/planning, employment, etc. General knowledge of social services, record keeping, reporting requirements and confidentiality Ability to create and follow ITP plans set up for clients and uses creative ways to encourage participation Provide support and supervision as defined in each ITP plan, using therapeutic interventions, while ensuring consumer safety Regularly travel in the community, transport clients, and assure safe vehicle operation including all passengers wearing a seatbelt, respecting speed limits, following agency policy, maintaining current car insurance, and possessing a valid driver's license at all times Qualifications forAll IRTS Staff:
Ability to multitask and strong communicator Enjoys conducting groups and is an effective team member Ability to pass MVR, maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and maintain background study clearance Prior IRTS Experience Preferred Qualifications forBehavioral Health Practitioners:
Course Work Qualification Set 30 semester hours AND 2000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field OR Completed Practicum or Internship in Behavioral Sciences or Related Field Work Experience Qualification Set 4000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field OR 2000 supervised hours AND Receives weekly clinical supervision from MHPBenefits:
