In this role, you will provide personalized assistance, foster positive behavior, and promote community engagement. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help create a supportive environment where clients can thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through direct support and caregiving. Duties Assist clients with independent living skills, problem solving , teaching new skills Support behavioral health needs through positive behavior management strategies Collect and document data related to client progress, behaviors, and service delivery for ongoing assessment Drive clients safely to appointments, community outings, or activities as needed Assist with home and community care tasks to promote independence and well-being Experience Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or Mental health Hands-on experience in caregiving, social work, or direct support roles is desirable Experience in driving safely and responsibly in various environments is required Background in data collection, documentation, or progress tracking related to client services is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to empowering individuals through compassionate support and innovative care.
