Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homemaker to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes or community settings. This role is vital in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for clients by delivering personalized assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and household management. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper food safety standards are maintained Maintain clean and safe living environments through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment that encourages social engagement and mental stimulation Skills Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments with knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disabilities Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, social workers, families, and clients to deliver comprehensive support Join us as a Homemaker if you're passionate about making a positive impact on lives through compassionate caregiving.
