Job description Primary Duties and Responsibilities Greets and checks in patients Collects patient medical histories Takes vital signs (manual blood pressure, pulse, respirations) Draws blood for labs Processes urine drug screens and urine pregnancy tests Contacts pharmacies and outside providers to request medical records and medication lists. Coordinates with insurance companies to complete medication prior authorization requests Administers injections Minimum Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED Registered or certified medical assistant Basic PC skills including experience using Microsoft Office Medical specialties: Addiction Medicine Ability to commute/relocate: St. Louis, MO 63103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
