Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Job Description We are seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team! The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality, ethical care to children and families. As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, collaborate with caregivers, and help create meaningful progress for clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Analyze client data and adjust programming as needed Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and school personnel Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer and BACB requirements Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA services are delivered consistently Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active state licensure (if applicable) Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with early intervention and/or school-age clients Experience supervising RBTs Knowledge of CentralReach or electronic medical records systems Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off Paid holidays CEU support and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Work Location In-person Why Join Us? $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
