Group Home Staff QP Position Nova Way LLC Charlotte, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Care documentation Driver's License Bachelor's degree Quality resident care Behavioral health Full Job Description Overview Our Group Home is a residential program serving teenage girls in the Charlotte area. We provide a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment focused on emotional growth, stability, and life skills. We are currently seeking Qualified Professionals (QP) who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of youth. Duties Provide clinical oversight and supervision of treatment services for residents. Develop, implement, and monitor Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and individualized treatment goals. Conduct assessments and monitor residents' progress toward treatment objectives. Supervise and support Associate Professionals (APs) and Direct Care Professionals. Coordinate services with therapists, psychiatrists, care coordinators, schools, families, and community providers. Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and other treatment planning meetings. Review documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and development of therapeutic interventions. Ensure compliance with all applicable North Carolina Medicaid, DHHS, and Level III Residential Program requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records. Participate in the on-call rotation as needed. Experience Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or another qualifying field. Candidates with bachelor's degrees in other disciplines who meet North Carolina QP qualifications are encouraged to apply. Experience working with adolescents or individuals with mental health or behavioral health needs. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Must pass background check and drug screening Willingness to learn and follow structured programming Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Pay Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, leadership, reliability, attendance, work ethic, and overall contribution to the program. Demonstrating the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism is key to success in this role.
