Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and clerical skills, along with a friendly demeanor for front desk interactions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success. Duties Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support the dental reception area by managing patient check-ins and appointments if applicable. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Skills Must possess strong office administration skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, data entry, filing, and general office support. Proficient with computers and office software, including Google Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and clerical abilities. Knowledge of mental health concepts and the ability to interact with individuals in a respectful, compassionate, and professional manner. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role. Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or a related field is a plus. Pay:
