Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals, particularly children, who have developmental disabilities and autism. Your primary focus will be to implement behavior analysis strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA. Conduct direct therapy sessions with children, utilizing ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior changes. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and education on behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral therapy. Demonstrate patience and empathy while working with clients, ensuring a supportive environment for their growth. Qualifications Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism, is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in patient care settings. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis methodologies and techniques. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of behavioral therapy.
