Job Description

Community Support Team Staff Qualified Professionals-(Bachelors) These team members shall have at least one year of experience working with beneficiaries with mental health and substance use disorders and have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served. These positions shall be filled by no more than four individuals.
Skills:
Must know how to facilitate Treatment Team Meeting Must know how to
Write Person Centered Plans, Safety Planning and Crisis Plans Availability:
Must be available to travel to and around Lincoln, and Gaston County.
Active Required Training's:
1. First Aid 2.
CPR - AED 3.
Blood Borne 4. 13 hours of Introductory Motivational Interviewing• (MI) (mandatory 2-day training) 5. 12 hours of Person-Centered Thinking (mandatory 2-day training) 6. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 7. ASAM •Must have reliable
