This is a full-time, position (Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings) based in our center with some local travel. Ongoing mentorship from our Executive Director Flexible scheduling that respects your time Paid treatment planning hours PTO + health, dental, and vision insurance Paid professional liability insurance Guaranteed base salary + bonus potential A collaborative, supportive team that actually enjoys working together What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Design and oversee individualized ABA programs Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and treatment planning Analyze data and adjust programs to drive meaningful progress Ensure high-quality implementation of all clinical services Team Development Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs Provide hands-on training and support to staff, caregivers, and educators Lead team meetings and collaborate across disciplines Family & Program Support Partner closely with families through consultation and parent training Maintain consistent communication and follow-up Support successful implementation across home and center settings Operational Support Assist with staff management, onboarding, and program growth initiatives Contribute to a positive, efficient, and mission-driven center culture Clinical Skills You'll Use Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Preference and skills assessments Behavior plan development Data analysis and progress monitoring (CentralReach) Report writing for funding sources and interdisciplinary teams What You Bring Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA Certification & License At least 2 years of experience developing and supervising ABA programs Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior analysis Confidence working with families, funders, and interdisciplinary teams Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring others Physical & Practical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active sessions (running, kneeling, floor play, etc.) Reliable transportation for local travel Access to a laptop/tablet for programming and data analysis If reinforcement, shaping, and generalization are part of your daily vocabulary—you're among your people. $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
