Job Overview:
The Mental Health worker is responsible for facilitation of activity groups on inpatient program, maintains unit safety and facilitates daily activity of the patients, assists patients in activities of daily living, conducts rounds and records accurate and timely clinical documentation, assists in code responses as per policy and in accordance with training, and assists in securing patient personal belongings.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology or related field (preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree with one year prior relevant work experience interacting with patients and community Current BLS certification or successful completion of required training to attain certification within three months of start date Successful completion of all Orientation Programs Scheduling Requirements Part Time Night Shift 22.5 hours per week
