Job Summary Join our dynamic Mental Health Clinic as an Operations Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. In this vital role, you will coordinate clinical workflows, support mental health professionals, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. Duties Facilitate patient intake processes Support clinicians Assist in scheduling individual and group therapy sessions, including telehealth therapy and inpatient/outpatient appointments, ensuring seamless patient flow. Manage medical records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and data collection. Coordinate crisis intervention efforts, crisis management protocols, and behavior management strategies for patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. Skills Proven experience in behavioral health settings Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, case management, group therapy facilitation, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols while maintaining composure under pressure.
