Skills Proven experience in behavioral health settings Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, case management, group therapy facilitation, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols while maintaining composure under pressure.
