We have an immediate opening for a Qualified Mental Health Associate whose primary role is to provide support and education tailored to the needs of each client. Kids First Family Services is a non-profit agency that provides therapeutic services to children and families who have experienced trauma. Our goal is to foster a trusted relationship with our clients, providing the security and stability that allows them to fully realize their potential. Working here means being part of an organization that is client-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and committed to the needs of our clients. As one of our Staff, you will provide interventions designed to Assist clients in gaining and utilizing skills such as behavior control, social skills, academic improvement, communication skills, appropriate interpersonal behavior, symptom management, and coping skills. Even though the primary population we serve is children, in this role you will also have the opportunity to work with adults.
