Master's in Psychology Experience in DD population and Behavior Modification Plans/Strategies Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Work with individual residents, resident groups and appropriate staff regarding the scheduling, planning, implementation and supervision of appropriate psychological programs (such as behavior modification, therapeutic discussion sessions, etc.). Participate in interdisciplinary planning for the purpose of monitoring and follow-up of individualized program plans. Assure resident records are maintained, which include evaluations, impressions and recommendations for further growth and motivation to participate. Initiate and participate in in-service training and interdisciplinary team meetings regarding resident evaluation and treatment plan development. Review and update, annually and as needed, the Comprehensive Functional Assessment and Abilities Profile. Review and update policy and procedure for Management of Resident Behavior, Behavior Modification and Resident Rights and Protection. Review and co-sign all documentation written by Assistant Applied Behavior Specialist. Attend resident psychiatric appointments, provide information and give feedback.
