Job Description

Join Our Kiwi Caring Team - Making a Difference in Young Lives Are you passionate about the mental and emotional well-being of children? Kiwi Country Day Camp is seeking a compassionate and skilled Kiwi Caring Team member to be a pillar of support for our campers and occasionally our team members.
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
Licensed in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy, or a related field. Background in working with children in one of the above disciplines. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to approach mental health situations calmly. Experience in developing and implementing behavior plans for children aged 3-12.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calm and soothe campers or team members experiencing difficulties. Collaborate with others to create effective plans for campers facing challenges. Engage with parents/guardians to provide additional support, working together to bridge the gap between home and camp. Brief the team on campers with specific needs before the start of camp.
Supervision:
