Resident Coordinator Overnights - awake

Job Summary The Resident Coordinator provides on-site support to clients being placed at Washington Inn for emergency housing. This position assists residents with maintaining program rules, promotes community engagement, and ensures a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment along with light housekeeping. The Coordinator works collaboratively with case management staff and property management to promote wellness, independence, and safe housing. Responsibilities and Duties Establish linkages to community supports and resources, promoting personal responsibility, accountability, and independent living skills among adults. Receive supervision from the FOW supervisor. Assist with domestic, legal, medical, housing, school, and benefit issues. Adhere strictly to all relevant agency and regulatory expectations and policies. Maintain organized paperwork, in accordance with established timelines and standards. Clean rooms when vacated and common areas on a regular basis. Safety and Facility Oversight Monitor common areas to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Respond to minor resident concerns and emergencies per agency protocols. Communicate promptly with maintenance or management regarding safety or facility issues. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and orientation of new residents. Assist with cleaning rooms.
