Duties Help individuals with serious mental illness or addiction disorders improve functional abilities and regain independence. Develop a focused ISP (individualized service plan) that helps to promote and improve a client's overall functioning Maintain confidentiality of all medical records and ensure adherence to HIPAA standards at all time Skills 1-3 years experience working with adults experiencing mental health/behavioral health issues. Crisis intervention skills combined with effective crisis management techniques. Ability to work compassionately with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and/ or addiction challenges. Excellent communication skills for documenting medical records accurately and maintaining clear patient care records.
