We Are Hiring For Full-Time and Part-Time positions Evening (2nd Shift) and Overnight (3rd Shift) schedules Adult Residential Programs Adult & Children s Crisis Houses What You ll Do As a Support Staff team member, you will provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or life stability challenges by helping create a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting residents and participants with daily living skills Providing emotional support, de-escalation, and encouragement Assistingindividuals in developing coping and wellness strategies Maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environment Supporting transportation, appointments, activities, and community integration Observing self-medication administration per program protocols Documenting services and participant interactions Collaborating with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams Assistingduring crisis stabilization and recovery support services No two shifts are the same and every shift matters.
