This role is ideal for experienced Behavior Modification Aides ready to advance their career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working in small, supportive classroom settings, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direct guidance of a special education teacher and a BCBA, helping students with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities reach their full potential. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
