TES Academy in Fairlawn, Ohio is seeking dedicated BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Specialists to join our mission-driven team. 💼

Position Details :

📘 Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) 💰 $24.50 - $28.43/hr

• Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50%+ bilingual application).

Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students Provide guidance to staff and families Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Write IEP goals and objectives Implement and oversee crisis plans including, de-escalation, restraints and seclusion Maintain clear documentation and track student progress Mentor, train and collaborate with classroom staff in behavioral interventions Support families and staff with evidence-based strategies ✅

What You'll Need:

Valid BCaBA licensure Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Current TB test (within the last 12 months) Must pass BCI/FBI background check Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage) Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary 🌈
