Job Description

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Behavioral Unit Join our team at Willow Creek, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care and rehabilitation services to our residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Behavioral Unit . As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and direction of the nursing department in our behavioral unit Participate in recruiting, selecting, and training of competent department personnel Develop and conduct regular in-service training classes to ensure nursing staff have the knowledge and skills required by federal and state regulations Coordinate the RAI process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of MDS, CAA's, and Interdisciplinary Care Plans Supervise and guide the completion of assessments, including inputting and transmitting MDS data to the state Facilitate care plan conferences and monthly Quality Management meetings Manage the care planning process to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
Current RN license required Experience in long-term care settings 2 years of management experience preferred Excellent communication skills
