Salary:
$65,000 - $70,000 + bonus
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 We're hiring a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our small, supportive center in Oklahoma City . If you want flexibility, manageable caseloads, and a team that values your voice, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:
Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes
Requirements:
Active BCaBA and LBA Experience working with individuals with autism Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with ABA data collection software preferred Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
