  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. The Mental Health Therapist will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote mental well-being.
  • Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide behavioral therapy to address emotional and psychological issues
  • Utilize diagnostic evaluation tools to assess mental health conditions
  • Offer therapy services to patients
  • Engage in case management to ensure continuity of care
  • Collect and maintain accurate documentation
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support patients' mental health
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in mental health documentation practices
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ability to collect and analyze data related to patient progress
  • Experience in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
