Required Qualifications:
At least one year of paraprofessional experience in special education settings with behavioral needs (PreK-12) Reside within 35 minutes of the site Able to attend a full, mandatory orientation before starting Meet one of Pennsylvania's paraprofessional qualification requirements (48 college credits, associate degree or higher, or qualify via assessment/certification within 60 days of starting) Comfortable providing hands-on support: toileting, diapering, feeding, transfers, and assisting students with moderate to severe autism or behavioral challenges
