Job Description

Nyman Associates is seeking an Assistant Director of Behavioral Services to join an established and growing team. We are interviewing BCBAs who are passionate about developing and implementing behavioral support programs in Educational Settings and thrive in supporting novice as well as seasoned professionals. Assistant Director of Behavioral Services responsibilities: Develop and manage teams providing evidence-based Behavior Support programs in Early Intervention and School settings. Provide clinical support to field staff/teams comprised of BCBA's, BSC's, RBT's, and paraprofessionals. Develop a growth plan for the behavioral services line of business. Create or identify professional development content to ensure continuous clinical growth. Work closely with Nyman Associates Educational Directors on school needs. Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Education and Experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required 2 years working in a school setting preferred Will require travel to school sites.
