Job Description
Company DescriptionDo you want to help people heal in one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of regenerative medicine?
Read this carefully — this might be the most important part-time job post you read this year.
This is not a minor role. It's a career-track opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the field of hyperbaric medicine.
At Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy, we help people get back to normal naturally and have expanded our services to include Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). We are looking for a dependable, motivated team member to help us deliver an exceptional patient experience and support the operations of our growing HBOT program.
This position starts as a Part-Time Hyperbaric Assistant, but we are hiring with the future in mind. We want someone excited to get in on the ground floor, learn the operations from the inside out, and grow into a Certified Hyperbaric Technician as our HBOT program expands.
If that excites you, keep reading.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Actually DoYou will help keep our hyperbaric department organized, prepared, safe, and running smoothly.
The Growth PathThis role begins as Part-Time, but as the clinic expands and patient volume increases, this position is intended to become Full-Time.
We are looking for someone who is committed to professional growth and excited by the opportunity to work toward becoming a Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT).QualificationsYou're the right person if...You have a 'no task too small' attitude and a 'no goal too big' mindset and genuinely want to use your skills to help people. You understand that the little things—like a clean chamber, stocked supplies, and maintained equipment—are the foundation of great patient care.
Detail-oriented. You are a self-starter who takes pride in clean spaces, organized paperwork, stocked supplies, and completed checklists.
Take Ownership. If something needs attention, you handle it.
Communicate Clearly. You are professional, friendly, and easy to trust.
Growth Mindset. You are excited by the idea of learning this specialty, taking on more responsibility, and eventually earning your CHT certification.
Passion for Healthcare. Medical or health-related experience is strongly preferred (EMT, Medical Assistant, LPN, or similar).Additional InformationWhy Madden & Gilbert?
