Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist in a collaborative school setting. This contract opportunity near Kinzers, PA allows you to work closely with educators and staff, building lasting impact through positive behavioral supports and interventions.
Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Active BCBA certification or relevant Behavior Specialist credentials required Experience supporting and coaching school staff in behavioral strategies Proficiency in behavioral assessment and data-driven recommendations Effective communicator and team collaborator Familiarity with CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is a plus; school-provided training available
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with education teams to support students in both Autistic Support (AS) and Emotional Support (ES) classrooms Conduct behavioral observations in general and special education settings Model behavioral strategies and train staff in best practices Facilitate team calls to address complex student needs and offer guidance during challenging situations Oversee collection and analysis of behavioral data, providing actionable feedback to school teams Assist with the design and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans Remain present and available during student hours to provide real-time support What Sets this
