Role:
Direct Care Staff Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community. As a Direct Care Staff member, you will: Provide daily supervision and support to children Assist with routines, activities, and skill-building Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment Work closely with a supportive team to ensure high-quality care

Mental Health Technician - FT/PT (3PM-11PM) $18.50-$22.00 Providing direct supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents in a compassionate and respectful manner. This includes requiring an unwavering commitment to the safety of kids and being aware of all ongoing developments and concerns, on a daily basis, of all children in their care. This responsibility also includes demonstrating the ability to distinguish between discipline and punishment as well as seeing past a child's surface behavior to recognize the children in need of help. Summer Unit Aide - Full Time (3PM-11PM) $18.50-$22.00 Providing physical coverage, guidance and directions to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children in a residential unit setting during the summer months. A Summer Unit Aide learns to demonstrate a variety of counseling and parenting skills that support the formation of trusting, supportive relationships with the children. Summer Education Aide / Teacher Aide - Full Time (7AM-3PM) $15.00-$18.00 Learns to demonstrate a variety of de-escalation and supportive skills which foster a trusting, supportive relationship with the children. The Summer Education Aide will be actively participating in a variety of educational program needs, including, but not limited to, classroom learning and activities, assisting in facilitating group activities, and other programming needs.
Qualifications:
For above positions High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health or related field preferred. Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred. Assistant House Managers - Full Time (3PM-11PM) $22.75-$23.75 Responsible for assisting in the administrative coordination of the Residential Unit. This also includes assisting in the overall functioning of the unit, including staff performance, the quality of the unit program, and any emergencies that may occur.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or 60 college credit hours plus 3 years of work experience with children is required, OR Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Mental Health or Human Services field plus 1 year of work experience with children is required To schedule an interview, please submit an application and a recruiter will follow up with you.
