KZL Agency About the Role KZL Agency is seeking a Part-Time Behavioral Specialist to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on helping individuals achieve positive behavioral change, independence, and skill development, while supporting staff with strategies and interventions. Collaborate with individuals, families, and service teams to create positive, least-restrictive interventions. Train and coach staff on behavior plans, data collection, and crisis prevention strategies. Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust plans as needed. Provide ongoing support through observation, coaching, and skill-building in home and community settings. Complete progress reports and attend regular supervision meetings.
What We're Looking For Education/License Options :
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA, or related field OR Bachelor's degree with supervision by a qualified professional OR Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA or BCBA. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Valid PA driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Ability to pass background checks, physical, and TB test.
