We are a group practice seeking fully licensed and associate level practitioners Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHCA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Associate (LMFTA), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Associate Clinical Social Workers (LSWAIC) to join our team.
  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking to add a couple dedicated Mental Health Counselors to join our team for both in person and telehealth positions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals dealing with mental health challenges and will possess a strong skill set in various counseling techniques and interventions.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health counseling services to clients
  • Perform crisis intervention when necessary
  • Conduct initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health status and needs.
  • Use standardized tools and clinical interviews to evaluate symptoms, behaviors, and psychological functioning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed client records, including assessments and progress notes per insurance company and local and state requirements
  • Requirements
  • Must have a Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social services or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written
  • Maintain licensure and certification requirements, including attending continuing education courses
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HIPPA and privacy practices that follow ethical guidelines This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.
