In this role, you will provide high-quality counseling services to clients, focusing on their mental health and emotional well-being. This position is hybrid requiring both in-person availability in our Gilbert office and telehealth availably. What We Offer Competitive commission structure

• Stay on after obtaining independent licensure (we'll handle insurance credentialing for you) Opportunities to advance into supervisory positions Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA and AZBBHE standards. Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients. Stay informed about current best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development. Attend clinical supervision (provided free of charge). Building Your Caseload You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and client load. You will be supported in gradually building your caseload over time, allowing you to create a caseload that aligns with your availability and interests. We offer non-independent/non-insurance credentialed therapists the ability to accept clients with insurance, making it easier to grow your caseload! Qualifications Valid license from AZBBHE (LAC preferred). Experience in clinical documentation and patient assessment/diagnosis. Strong clinical skills in mental health counseling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in counseling practice. Experience working as 1099 contractor a plus, but not required Requirements Active credential with AZBBHE Ability to obtain Malpractice Insurance Schedule Make your own hours and set your own schedule Must be available to see clients in-person at our Gilbert (also hiring for Mesa office) Hiring for two positions, each position requires in-person availability 2 days per week approx. 4-5 hours per day once caseload is built (remaining days you'll see clients virtually from home) Ready to Join Our Team? Building a full caseload typically takes 4-6 months, during which earnings will be limited. Therapeutic relationships are meaningful and disrupting them by leaving early negatively impacts client care and wellbeing.
