Capped caseload:

5-7 What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision in accordance with BACB standards and ethical practice Support clinical programming through data review, treatment integrity support, and program updates Coach, support, and mentor RBTs/BTs to improve consistency and quality of implementation Assist with components of assessments and treatment planning (as assigned/supervised by BCBA) Participate in collaboration with families/caregivers and the clinical team to support meaningful progress Maintain timely, accurate documentation and professional communication

Requirements:

Must-Haves Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB) Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities CPR/First Aid (current or willing to obtain by start date—your call) Driver's license + reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening and meet payer/role requirements as applicable
