Provide supervision and oversight of 1:1 therapy across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings. Conduct assessments, analyze data, and guide behavior intervention plans. Lead Adaptive Skills Team (AST) meetings and parent education sessions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT, School Staff). Support new case launches, hiring initiatives, and cross-department communication. Maintain 30 billable clinical hours weekly within a 40-hour workweek. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in ABA or a related field Active BCBA Certification 2+ years of supervisory or clinical experience Bilingual (a plus) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance DOJ/FBI clearance and TB test Nice to Haves Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, or graduate students Familiarity with CentralReach, CodeMetro, or Rethink Experience providing in-home, school-based, or community ABA services Passion for mentorship and professional development Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care Interest in Saturday social skills groups or community-based learning Our Core ABA Services At Nurture & Nature ABA, we're proud to offer a full spectrum of programs that meet families where they are: Early Intervention (Ages 2-5): Play-based therapy using PRT and naturalistic ABA to build communication, learning, and social-emotional skills. Infant Development (Ages 0-3): Developmentally appropriate therapy focused on sensory integration, communication, and caregiver coaching.In-Home & Center-Based ABA:
1:1 sessions targeting communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior through DTT, PRT, and FCT.Adaptive Skills Training:
Teaching independence, hygiene, community safety, and daily living skills. Social Skills & PEERS®Program:
UCLA-based PEERS® groups helping children and teens build confidence and friendships.Parent & Caregiver Training:
Hands-on coaching to reinforce ABA strategies at home.School-Based & Private School Support:
Discreet, school-aligned ABA shadow services. Intensive Behavior Intervention (IBI): Data-driven, family-collaborative programs for complex needs.Physical Requirements:
This is an active, engaging clinical role!Candidates must be able to:
Stand, kneel, and move throughout sessions Lift up to 30 lbs Engage in active play and movement with children Pay range is based on experience, with higher compensation offered for candidates with advanced certifications or extensive experience.
