Job Description
Job Overview At A Brighter Tomorrow Counseling, our Behavioral Assistance (BA) providers implement behavior modification techniques designed to address emotional and behavioral challenges in youth with moderate to high needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interventions that help youth and their families develop and practice healthy coping strategies and positive behavioral techniques. Focus on addressing target behaviors and improving emotional and behavioral regulation skills. Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering positive change in the youth's emotional, social, and behavioral development. Conduct weekly sessions in the community and/or in the home environment, ensuring that interventions are personalized and impactful. Collaborate closely with families to enhance communication and reinforce progress outside of sessions. Track and report on progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure consistent growth and successQualifications:
- Must be certified as a Behavioral Assistance within 6 months of application in the state of New Jersey. Must have Background Check/ Fingerprints as required in the state of New Jersey.
