Duties Oversee the clinical operations of the department, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to behavioral health services. Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, or counseling). Valid licensure or certification in behavioral health or related discipline. Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and applied behavior analysis. Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining medical records.
