Through our innovative Neuro Haus Community Resource Center, we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), mental health therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, parent education, workforce development, and community-based supports designed to help individuals thrive across all stages of life. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our expanding clinical team in a hybrid role . Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA will assist in implementing behavior analytic services, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collecting and analyzing data, conducting assessments, providing caregiver training, and supporting treatment implementation across home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Services Assist the supervising BCBA with conducting behavioral assessments and skill assessments. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA. Collect, analyze, and summarize behavioral data to support clinical decision-making. Monitor client progress and communicate recommendations to the supervising BCBA. Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate. Supervision & Training Provide ongoing supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA direction. Conduct competency observations and provide performance feedback. Model effective behavior intervention strategies and treatment implementation. Assist with staff training and onboarding. Family & Caregiver Training Support caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies in home and community settings. Provide coaching on communication, behavior management, daily living skills, and skill generalization under BCBA supervision. Collaborate with families to promote consistency across environments. Collaboration Work closely with BCBAs, therapists, educators, physicians, and other professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Support school consultations and community-based programming when assigned. Documentation & Compliance Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and supervision records. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. Assist the BCBA with authorization reports, treatment updates, and clinical documentation as assigned. Hybrid Work Environment This position includes a combination of: In-office clinical services Home-based visits School consultations Community-based services Telehealth appointments Remote documentation and administrative responsibilities Flexible scheduling is available while meeting client and organizational needs.
