If you're passionate about working with adults, curious about trauma and EMDR, and excited to grow into the clinician you want to become, we'd love to meet you. Many of our clinicians have built long-term careers with our practice, which reflects the supportive, collaborative culture we've intentionally created. We're not looking for someone seeking a short-term stepping stone. We're looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful and grow within a team invested in long-term development.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work with an adult caseload in a trauma-focused practice using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR. You'll receive support from a Clinical Psychologist and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors through: Weekly supervision Monthly group consultation Monthly EMDR consultation with an Approved EMDR Consultant Monthly team meetings A team culture that takes clinical growth seriously
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking someone who is: Residing in SW Washington Actively credentialed as an LMHCA in Washington State Experienced working with adults✔ Interested in trauma-focused work Genuinely excited about learning and pursuing EMDR training Open to feedback, growth, and collaboration Available full-time , including some evening hours Able to work in person, will consider hybrid with at least 2 in-office days per week
WHAT WE OFFER
Clinical Support & Community Weekly supervision with a seasoned psychologist (PhD) Monthly group consultation with both newer and experienced clinicians Monthly EMDR consultation with an Approved EMDR Consultant All 10 required EMDR consultation hours included at no cost A cohesive and intentionally built team culture EMDR Training Investment 50% reimbursement of approved EMDR training upon completion We'll help identify the right training and timing Reimbursement available while actively employed All required EMDR consultation hours covered Hybrid Schedule Flexibility Minimum 2 in-office days per week (3 preferred) Remaining sessions may be conducted via telehealth Evening availability required to support client needs Infrastructure Designed for Clinicians We've intentionally built systems so clinicians can focus on clinical work: Dedicated Client Care Specialist handling intake coordination and initial scheduling Dedicated billing support managing insurance verification and billing Administrative infrastructure designed to reduce clinician burden
COMPENSATION
& BENEFITSCompensation Clinical rate: $55 per billable clinical hour Admin bonus: $20/hour for every 6 billable hours worked (automatic) Full-time expectation: 25 billable clinical hours/week plus supervision, and monthly meetings Estimated annual earnings: Approximately $68,000-$75,000 depending on caseload ramp-up and scheduling Year 2 at Blue Leaf Automatic pay increase: Approximately $75,000-$82,000 at expected full-time caseload Team meetings & supervision: Paid at admin rate Late cancellations & no-shows: Paid Benefits Medical insurance available for full-time clinicians Washington State sick time 6 hours of birthday PTO, because that day should feel different Continuing education stipend and subscription 50% reimbursement for approved EMDR training Required supervision for Associates EMDR consultation for EMDR training completion.
