This role is designed for therapists who are serious about building a consistent, full caseload, developing strong clinical skills, and working within a structured, accountable environment. We are not a passive or unstructured practice. We provide the referrals, systems, and support—but expect clinicians to actively engage in their growth, manage their caseload, and take ownership of their performance. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality, seamless client experience from the first point of contact through ongoing care. Clinicians who thrive here are those who value consistency, are open to feedback, and are committed to becoming highly effective in their work. We are especially looking for clinicians who have an interest in or experience with mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and/or holistic or energy-informed modalities , and who are open to expanding their clinical skill set in these areas.

This position includes:
