We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated professionals to join our team as Stabilization Providers / Life Skills Consultants serving clients throughout King, Snohomish, Skagit, Island, and Whatcom Counties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful, hands-on work supporting children, teens, and adults in homes, schools, and community settings. What You'll Do Support individuals with emotional regulation, coping skills, and daily living skills Assist during periods of behavioral or emotional instability using proactive de-escalation strategies Help clients build independence, communication, and social skills Collaborate with families, schools, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Complete professional documentation and progress notes Provide person-centered, trauma-informed support tailored to each client's needs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges Experience with crisis intervention, behavioral support, or stabilization services preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations required Why De Novo? a bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or a related field? Do you have at least one year of experience working with individuals WITH developmental disabilities in crisis? Examples include individuals diagnosed with ASD, PDA, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, Prader Willi, etc. Per program requirements, you MUST have at least 12 calendar months of experience demonstrated on your resume-there is no wiggle room with this requirement.
